Martin James

Martin James serves as our Managing Director, M&A and Finance. Martin is a finance professional with a broad range of corporate transaction and advisory experience. Formerly an investment banker with Wachovia Securities and Raymond James, Martin then moved to TRX, a publicly-traded travel technology company, where he worked in FP&A as Manager of Revenue and Global Accounts, and then served as Director of Corporate Finance, including management of all Special Projects and M&A.  He then moved to PGi, a publicly-traded technology and business services company, where he served as Director of Corporate Development and Global Advanced Strategies.

Martin now advises startup to medium-sized businesses in a variety of industries.  He advises on discrete M&A or corporate finance transactions.  He also frequently serves as an ongoing business advisor or as an outsourced finance resource to growing or evolving organizations.​

Michael J. Osty

Michael​ ​J.​ ​Osty​ ​is​ ​a​ ​seasoned​ ​attorney,​ ​entrepreneur​ ​and​ ​executive​ ​with expertise​ ​in​ ​domestic​ ​and​ ​international​ ​legal​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​business​ ​transactions.​ ​In​ ​addition​ ​to working​ ​with​ ​Capital​ ​Mobility​ ​Ventures​ ​as​ ​part​ ​of​ ​our​ ​Advisory​ ​Committee,​ ​Michael​ ​is​ ​the principal​ ​and​ ​founder​ ​of​ ​YHLX​ ​Tech,​ ​a​ ​China-based​ ​software​ ​sales​ ​and​ ​service​ ​company​ ​with operations​ ​throughout​ ​China​ ​and​ ​Southeast​ ​Asia.​ ​He​ ​advises​ ​and​ ​assists​ ​North​ ​American companies​ ​currently​ ​in​ ​China,​ ​or​ ​planning​ ​to​ ​enter​ ​the​ ​Chinese​ ​market,​ ​with​ ​transaction structuring,​ ​strategy​ ​development​ ​and​ ​local​ ​operations​ ​oversight.
Mr.​ ​Osty​ ​is​ ​proficient​ ​in​ ​spoken​ ​Mandarin​ ​and​ ​is​ ​currently​ ​based​ ​in​ ​Shenzhen,​ ​China.

Alisa Aczel

Alisa Aczel is​ ​our​ ​Managing​ ​Director​ – Legal Counsel​ and​ ​she​ ​works​ ​out​ ​of​ ​our​ ​Atlanta​ ​office. Prior​ ​to​ ​joining​ ​Capital​ ​Mobility​ ​Ventures,​ ​Ms.​ ​Aczel​ ​was​ ​a​ ​Senior​ ​Bankruptcy​ ​Consultant​ ​with The​ ​Garden​ ​City​ ​Group,​ ​Inc.,​ ​where​ ​she​ ​designed​ ​and​ ​implemented​ ​national​ ​business initiatives,​ ​while​ ​generating​ ​and​ ​fostering​ ​relationships​ ​with​ ​corporate​ ​restructuring​ ​clients​ ​at​ ​top law​ ​firms​ ​and​ ​financial​ ​advisory​ ​firms.

Prior​ ​to​ ​GCG,​ ​Ms.​ ​Aczel​ ​was​ ​an​ ​associate​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Finance​ ​and​ ​Restructuring​ ​Group​ ​at​ ​Paul, Hastings,​ ​Janofsky​ ​&​ ​Walker,​ ​LLP,​ ​practiced​ ​in​ ​the​ ​Bankruptcy​ ​Group​ ​at​ ​Troutman​ ​Sanders LLP,​ ​and​ ​represented​ ​Allied​ ​Holdings,​ ​Inc.​ ​and​ ​its​ ​affiliates​ ​in​ ​their​ ​Chapter​ ​11​ ​reorganizations as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​special​ ​counsel​ ​to​ ​the​ ​debtors,​ ​of​ ​Taylor,​ ​Bean​ ​&​ ​Whitaker​ ​Mortgage​ ​Corp.

Tahir Khan

Tahir Khan is the founder and CEO of Kahnputers, LLC. Kahnputers is an extensive turnkey technology solution provider that specializes in a variety of platforms and languages. Tahir Khan’s primary focus is in artificial intelligence, machine learning and neural networks. Previously, Tahir was a key member and technical leader for ParkingSoft as well as a critical contributor to various other technology startups including BetterTrades.
Tahir graduated Suma Cum Laude with a MBA from Georgia State University and holds a MS in Computer Science from University of Bombay.
